FBL3N - Issue

Dear Expert

                   Am facing a serious issue with FBL3N T.code  while am running this slandered t code  it is taking much time generate out put approximately  10 minutes

All items : 15/10/2013 to 15/10/2013

I Have traced the particular transaction through ST05 this way i came to know this is happening due to TABLE -BSIS

  Kindly suggest me how to resolve this issue

Hi Ajeesh,

When you run the T-code FBL3N , Monitor SM50 and check the tables and run the statistics on the specified tables using Db20 t-code.

Check whether a suitable database index has been created in the dictionary (transaction SE11 -> indexes). If no index has been created, create the corresponding index and activate it.

Possible fields may be:

BSIS/BSAS:  MANDT, BUKRS, HKONT, BUDAT

BSIK/BSAK:  MANDT, BUKRS, LIFNR, BUDAT

BSID/BSAD:  MANDT, BUKRS, KUNNR, BUDAT

• Nothing prevents you from executing or asking basis to execute, an OSS search with the exact level of your system
• In ST05 result did you click on Explain to analyze Execution Plan ?
• Did you actually read Note 1135916 - Line items: Help for analysis for long runtime mentioned by  Ranu (also in  nabheet's list) => Look for "business area" in the note
