FB60 : need help in invoice posting

Hi All,

i have to write RFC, which takes inputs from non SAP system and have to post an invoice(FB60 entry)

Do we have any FM which can be used within RFC to do the same?

you can try with this BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.

Also check out the Objects present under Accounting - General >> Accounting Interface in BAPI explorer.
