FB03 transaction

In FB03:

documents can be attached ,but these documents are only stored on a local drive, so it´s not possible to have a look at this documents for other users because SAP is writing these documents in a special table which is unknown at the moment.

Can you please help me in this regard.

when you attach documents in FB03 , they are not stored in local drive, they are stored in BDS (Business Document system) - transaction OAOR.
