i am running the bdc for fb01 t.code, but i got error message

'Create account 61512000 for 13.10.2009 as a cost element in controlling area 1000'

please tell me

U need to open the account 61512000 in controlling area 1000 (trx FS00) or u're using the wrong account

Why do you need to use a BDC for FB01?

You can very well use the BAPI..BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.
