Hi,

I don't know if someone use the software Faxination to send faxes. Because we have a problem sending faxes. It's something about the format of the document. We are sending a report (sapscript) and failed because the format is not reconognize. I don't know if is something about faxination or sap, I hope someone can help me

Hi,

The conector we have is Sap BC-CON Conector. Now we can send a fax but without the logo (image). I don't know which the correct format for the sapscript, because if I put only RAW only pass the text and not the images.

Hi laura,

We have similar issue . we have installed the faxination server. And we are trying to fax the SAP script, but it is not happening.

Could you please let meknow what settings we have to do from SAP side and specially whic device type we should use?
