Favourites missing

Hi,

I tranferred data from one system to other system... now my receiver system does not display any of the favourites...

How should I get back the same?

Hi,

In your source system, goto SAP easy access.

Goto Favourites on menu -> Download to PC

and in target server

Goto Favourites on menu -> Upload from PC

What is the funtion of "Download to PC" n "Upload from PC"?

One more thing... my receiver had all the favourites before the transfer of the data...

but after the transfer, the favourites are not there in place.
