Hi,

Just want to ask if there is any way i can copy any object from one box to another aside from releasing it?

Hi,

if it is transfering from one box to other box that is the only method.

Within the same box you can do it without releasing it.

But to other boxes, no other way, you have to release the request and to copy the co files and dat files to the server.

if that BOX is ur LANDSCAPE then it will be easy , ottherwise u have to Import these Objects @ application sever level , i.e adding objects to the TP buffer.

for more info , please have a word with ur Basis guy he can guide u based on ur system settings.

I forgot the name of the programs but i've already use it in my SAPSCRIPT object..it converts my SAPSCRIPT into a text file and another programs i run from another box converts it to SAPSCRIPT again.
