Fascimile not displaying cyrillic script characters

Hi all,

I have a billing documennt for which when i take the print preview from VF03 it shows the entire script with all cyrillic characters displayed.

However when i go to display the fascimile from header output it does not display any of the cyrillic characters ... it is blank in its place.

I shall furnish any information which might help in this resolution.

Please advice.

Hi Adi,

in case you are using different printers for preview and message output: probably your printer (in SAP) hasn't got a cyrillic font assigned.

Ask your basis team to adjust printer customizing.

Hi Chris,

Actually during the display fascimile option we are not prompted for a printer to select for the preview.

I think it downloads the SAP into presentation server and then displays it.
