F4 option not available while creating record

Hi,

While creating pricing condition record through VK11, one filed does not have F4 option.

The field is KDKG1 (Condition group1). But in VK12 (Change mode) F4 option is available, how it is?

What is the main reason for this issue. What is solution for this?
