F4 is not working

Im working in ECC 7 ,when i click F4 ,im getting blank screen ,without any datas .Can anyone tell me how to bring tht .

For Example : in t.code MM03(material display), by keeping icon on the material parameters ,clicking F4 .A window is opening ,but the material code is not displaying on that .

Reinstall the SAP Gui, if you are facing the same problem, in all the cases.

Apply the latest patches.

Did you try to test in other mandt? Maybe where you are testing, the system has no data.

Hi Pari,

sounds to me as problem with sapgui-installation. (especially with the F4-control).

You can try this as a workaround.

Help->Settings

F4 Help

In the Group "Display" there are three radio-buttons.

Try "Dialog (Modal)".

After this, the F4-Help screen looks a little bit "old fashioned".

But it works!
