F4 help not working properly

hi experts,

recentlyi have come aross a strange behavior shown by standard F4help.

For a particular filed it works fine when logged in by say user X but when logged in by user Y it gives only 1 option in the drop down list as compared to 100 of entries shown in drop down list for F4 help for user X.

Both user have same authorisation.

Can any one suggest why this happens and what can be done to correct it?

What is the transaction you are using and for what field is this F4 help used ?

Hi !

Thier would be an option of purple colour ( select all ) chosse that one .

are your sure that you are not passing any value to it?

which tcode and which field?

check if any roles issue is associated with it

hi,

I am using this F4 help on operand value found in transaction ES31 (thats for the installation) under the "facts" tab (its not available in R3 system its utilities specific).
