F150 error

Hi,

please someone help me... i have run F150 (Dunning)

and after i have schedule for print SAP says that "Dunning printout is complete" but spool request is empty - it should contain four spool request (level1, leve2, level3 and level4)

in "print out" log .... i have receive following message:

Dunning notice for account: 'D' 11716  was not printed                  
 Forms for MAHNR: 'MATR', RBUKM: 'MATR', KOART: 'D' do not exist (T047E) 

What should i do??

Any help/clue would be appreciated.

i have checked tthat link...everything seems to be OK.

i have check table T047E and there are four lines according to level no and form
