F-28 Reference field length restriction

hi

In F-28 i want to restrict the length of reference field to 13 characters only.

will anybody help me to do this..

You can't change the visible length of the field without making a modification to the SAP program (not a good idea). You might, however, be able to add a validation to the transaction to prevent anyone from entering more than 13 characters into this field. Have a look at transaction OB28 and at the help for validation exits.

may be in Customization You can Change , But it is not possible from Technical Point of view .

please check with Fi Functional People .
