External Email Configuration

Dear Experts,

Hi... I want to ask you about the configuration of External Email sending through SAP. Currently in SAP we can send to SAP Users email, but we want to extend the same to our Corporate users (people using Comapny email id).

Now is this a BASIS or ABAP activity...

If anyone can provide the detailed documentation for the same it will of great use...

We are using SAP ERP ECC 6.0 version.

Hi

You have to maintain entires for each and every user in User master record in SAP and inorder to send them mail their email-id has to be their in user master records which can be used to generate the mail to them.

The BASIS people made the settings as per the various inputs given by you all. Now it is working.
