Export in to Excel

Hi Experts

I am using the following FM

SAP_CONVERT_TO_XLS_FORMAT

My requirement is, i need to export the data to excel in daily basis in a same file.

Lets say filename master.xls. I need to add the data from the sap system in daily basis.

Please advise me, is there any function module available or how to work it out.

you can use GUI_DOWNLOAD for downloading the data in excel and there import parameter pass APPEND = 'X' it will appending in the same file.

have you given the correct path or not check once.

or simply put the file path as 'C:\MASATER.XLS' and check in C drive.
