Explain button functionality

Dear,

When sitting with a customer I came across a button which is unfamiliar to me.

It is available (for this user only) in the application bar of mainly change transactions (VA02, XD02 ..) and is represented by 2 downwards pointing small, black arrows. (a bit like the mass change button, but without the top and bottom).

When clicking it, it starts to overwrite data in the underlying transaction / master data.

Here is an example of the design:

Could someone please explain the functionality of this button and indicate where you can make the settings to have this button appear / disappear?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,

Geert

Hi Ravi,

It was indeed Guixt related.

In the profile there is a setting for History: update active.

When this is unchecked the button no longer appears.

Thanks for the tip!

Best regards,

Geert
