All,

If a sap user leaves the company. what will procedure to disable the sap login id of that sap user.

My quesiton is

1. How to disable the login id keeping all his user master details?

(Not to delete any of details stores in table USR01, ADRP like that )

2. I find companies delete the user to keep buffer of their SAP licenses, this usually deletes all user master details

Change the validity period for the userid to the last day worked.

And/or lock the userid.

I guess that would depend on the individual license agreement. Your SAP representative should know.

Its because of licensing problem, security team is deleting the user master records.
