Hi All,
I want to execute a MS DOS command in R/3, all I have done is created an RFCSDK to read files in background and now to have that RFC working I have to register that RFC everytime I want to read a file in background.I want to automate that bit of registering the RFC everytime.
I know the command which I need to execute but I want to know if I can schedule that command as a service.
I tried checking FM WS_EXECUTE etc but I was able to launch a URL etc. Not sure if that can be used to execute an MS DOS service.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Krishna.

Try with SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE > this command has been discussed several times in this forum. for more details search in SCN.

THe reason why I wanted to know is I am trying to register an RFC using that command line arguments everytime as that is in my presentation server, this is an RFC created to read files in the background. So it needs some changes in RFCSDK.ini fiels, I did all that but only pain is I need to register manually everytime I want to test / use that RFC, which I want to handle someway if there is any.
Any help in this is appreciated.
Thanks,
Krishna.
