Executable work items sent to Outlook not working

Hello,

I am sending work items to Outlook using the program RSWUWFML and when i try to open the executable attachment i get an error saying:

Not all data for SAP GUI shortcut is available:

System ID is Unknown

Enter the missing data.

I went through couple of threads on this but none of them precisely address this particular issue. I tried changing settings in Transaction SWNCONFIG for parameter SAP LOGON and it didn't work. I also found a thread to place the saplogon.ini in the user's folder even that didn't help.

Please help me resolve this issue.
