When I enter tcode SU01, and try to search using (Users by Address Data) in user's search help, I receive the following exception

Hi Shymaa

This appears to be an issue in SAP Standard Processing. Not as a result of a custom enhancement.

Therefore log an Incident with SAP for this to be resolved.

You can also check for SAP Notes regarding this issue on SAP Service Marketplace.

It is due to some system issue related to BASIS.

Ask basis team to check and implement the notes : 1909214  & 683847

Incase you have recently upgraded your system please check the note below and seeif it helps
