ESS Leave application Issue

Hi

I am facing a problem in ESS , In Leave request

After approving the leave, to update the leave in IT2001 i am using a report "RPTARQPOST", buy using this report i am facing a probelm the leave which are in Q to approve also updating the leaves in IT2001 without approving.

How can i avoid this

Are you aware that you have to run RPTARQEMAIL in batch mode & wait for the Batch program to complete , before running RPTARQPOST?

Also, if you don't click on the 'Ignore for posting' pushbutton on the sel. scr. of RPTARQPOST, the error records will also be posted along with approved reqs. You have to click on that pushbutton to ensure that only approved reqs are posted.

we are running RPTARQEMAIL in batch mode , before running RPTARQPOST,

But when i checked the Manager inbox some leave request are changing there status to approve with out approving the Leave request due this when we run the RPTARPOST it is updating the IT2001.

Why it is changing there status to approve ?
