error while using ME41 & ME42

while using the me41 and me42 transactions , my program go to short dump. in error analysis it give this message.

<b>Program "SAPLXM06" tried to use screen 0311.

The screen does not exist.</b>

wht is the problem hear and tell me the solution.

you are calling screen which is not there in there in trxn.

Hi Sonali,

SAPLXM06 is used for user-exits.

Probably the user exit is not activated properly.

Check whether the enhancement is correctly done or not.
