Error while SPAM update in Disassemble phase

Hi All,

SPAM process has been stopped in disassemble phase

CRM 5.0 ,windows

I am updating SPAM to33

- Error in phase: DISASSEMBLE

- Reason for error: PATCH_FILE_READ_ERROR

- Return code: 12

- Error message: OCS Package: SAPKD70033

I have checked the tp tool check working fine, enough space is availabe

user sidadm has all the access and .att and ,pat file has all the full control

and also all the parameter according to the 97633 note

help would be app.....

Hello Suresh,

I'd recommend you to redownload the SPAM update. It seems to me that the .PAT file is not downloaded properly.

it has been resolved.

File permissions were enabled.
