Error while SE78 transaction .

I am trying to import image with the help of transaction SE78 for the form.But every time I am getting the error 'Error Opening File'.

I had tried files with different extension. Is some pertiular type format is allowed for the import. Kindly guide.

I had tried .jpg,.bmp file format.
