Error while saving Sales order.

Hi All I Have one issue with sales order,

When we try to copy item 57, 83 and 88 from sales order 5431710 to Sales order 5461306 by following step, we received the error message "Express document 'Update was terminated" reciver from Auther 'User name'.

.

1. use VA02 to enter Sales order 5461306;

2. click sales documents - copy with reference - input Sales Order number 5431710 - click copy

3. save Sales Order 5461306, system shows Origin Doc Order 5461306 has been saved. 4. but when we try to enter this Sales Order again, the error message will skip up, and all the added item will disappear from Sales Order.

Any body know why this is happining or is there any SAP Note is available for it. We are using

SAP R/3 Enterprise 4.7

version.

use SM13 to analyse

actually i also received the same kind of error a month ago but it was nothing related to SM13 or anything else.

it was solved by the basis team, it was due to -- max extend reached 100%

can u just elaborate somthing regarding this error,

Why it is comming & how to resolve it.

can u send me the solution if possible.
