Error while doing PGI

Hello all,

I clicked on PGI (Post goods issue) in Vl02n (outbound delivery) and it gives this error:

E M7 021

Deficit of BA Unrestricted-use 8,812 EA : 20004780 4626 FP01 2670155321

does this mean that I do not have enough inventory to do PGI? Should I add some stock to the plant by MB1c? What should be the movement type if the PGI is just for test purposes?

you could use movement type 561 and add inventory to own stock

Yes, it means you don't have enough inventory. You have two options, one to add inventory using MB1C movement type 561 or 501 and two you can reduce the delivery quantity to match the inventory.
