Error sending PO using communication medium 7 'Simple Mail'

Hello SAPients,

I have a problem when I send the Purchase Order using the Communication Medium 7 (Simple Mail)

It works perfect when I send it using Communication Medium 1 (Print Output), 2 (Fax) and 5 (External Output for PDF attached PO). But when I send it using Communication Medium 7 (Simple Mail) the system sends the error message "Error in OPEN_FORM for document 450000XXXX". I reviewed in TCode NACE and the configuration is OK for output type NEU and communication medium 7. I tried to debug the program but it took too much time and I couldn't find the problem. Am I missing something? I'm working in ECC 6.0.

Hi

Check the Fun module code in the PO main program

ADDR_GET_NEXT_COMM_TYPE

whether all the parameters are correctly passed and it is giving correct output or not?

send the test mail to ur inbox from ur inbox --- tcode is SBWP ,if it is working well then there is problem at program.

Hi All

how did you resolve this issue. I am facing the same problem. I am using Communication Medium 7 (Simple Mail) and getting error message  "Error in OPEN_FORM for document 45???

Hello Ricardo,

Were you able to resolve the issue; sending the PO via simple mail and open the PDF in SAP Office mail?  I'm facing a similar challenge.
