Error Sending E-mails

Hi,

A program sends e-mails when some conditions were provided. There has't been any problem about sending e-mails since today, but today the e-mails aren't sent via an error in SOST; "816 Message cannot be transferred to node SMTP due to connection error (final)".

i resent the e-mails via SOST successfully. there wasn't any problem. But how can i get this error under control? what might be cause of this problem? can somebody help me please?

Seems your System-has lost connection with Net that's it No need to worry

In SMICM -GOTO->.SERVICES-> SMTP your SMTP service must be active and you can set any nuber of port but you must sure that in Tx SCOT, double click on SMTP under INT node, and here you must must check that "node in use" is signed, please fill in the folowing node:

Mail Host =your IP or hostname of your relay server

Mail Port = your port of SMTP server (25 for example)

i checked the active status of SMTP connections, there weren't any problem or changing. i think a connection problem had happened for a few minutes, then this problem was finished, wasn't it?

Yes...Connection might have failed.

I just gave a overall idea to check.

First check out is config is okey, Tcode for testing mail send:

SBWP

Go to this transaction & send a test mail. If mail is unsccessful, consult BASIS.
