Error SAPDOCCD.log

hye,

When i trying to use additional help link, i am getting a message in the browser saying " browser staring" but ending up with a error diolog " For details please check the entries in in file SAPDOCCD.log in the windows directory. please help.

Ask your basis or it department to install the help in your machine. You need to install the help in your machine.

That is the problem.

This typically happens when your help files location is not reachable from your SAP server or the location is not specified. Go to transaction SR13 and check the entries under the tab 'HTMLHelpFile' and set the path appropriately. If you don't know what values to use, ask your admin person.
