Error message while creating a ztable

Hi,

I am trying to create a ztable with 2 fileds mandt and age-which is user created dataelement and domain and now when i am trying to activate the table i get warning "Enhancement category for table missing"

"Enhancement category for Include or sub type missing "

what could be the reason for these Warning

hi,

that warning is because you did not specify wheter the table can be enhance in future or not(using include and append structures).

to rectify

in your table fields screen

goto extras-> enhancement category-> can be enhanced deep

then save and activate your table

Then select any option like Enghance Deeply according to your req.

Its just a warning, dont worry about that.

Inorder to rectify this, go to SE11 and give the ztable name and click on Extras and Click on Enhancement Category and give the appropriate category, whether to be ENHANCED and or not to be ENHANCED.

Hi Priya,

In SE11, you can find in EXTRAS-> ENHANCEMENT CATEGORY, there you need to set the type of the enhancement category, and then click COPY.

You can select CAN BE ENHANCED(DEEP), in general.

In SE11 tcode

Goto Extras menu

-> enhancement category

select the appropriate option and click on copy button.

Choose the option 'Can be enhaced(character-type or numeric).

Hi,

You first display the table in se11 then from menu bar click on EXTRAS --> ENHANCEMENT CATEGORY.

A popup will appear in that select the 2nd radiobutton (can be enhanced) and click on ok. Your error will be rectified.
