Today, the site is behaving more weird. As suggested I placed the cursor in the Authentication type before I hit configure. It just froze and does not show any message or proceed further. 

Issue is with the Release strategy, even though the exit is not active the database table shows the Exit is active. We corrected and it is working as expected.
