Error:- Install excel as an viewer while executing tcode RRMX in BI7.0

Dear All,

We are facing an error while executing tcode RRMX in our new system BI7.0. When we execute RRMX the system throws an error as "Please install EXCEL as viewer". Can anyone please guide us with the resolution of this error.

please install SAPGUI patches

else try by loging from start->programs->bussines explorer->anlyser

This could be caused by a timing problem under Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 98. you have to deactivate some add ins in excel. for details look at the sap notes 160995, 1078523.
