error in vf31

hi ,

when i am running the vf31 and send email ouput it displays the user name in the email. some times it get the correct user name and some times it wont. my question is what control the username in email.

Procedure for finding Message type details

for billing doc:- T-code VF02 --> Enter key

Goto --> Header --> output

and Also user name fetching from table NAST(i.e document modified user name with output type defined in Header level).

User name fetching from table: NAST using output type defined in Message control

message type defined andition: NAST-OBJKY(Delivery/Billing/Invoice doc) NAST-PARVW(Partner type) NAST-PARNR(Partner) NAST-SPRAS (Language)
