Hi

Check whether the reciepient to whom you are sending exists or not or else check the mail id.

i have verified that in my user profile(SU3) e-mail field is empty.

But this field isn't changeable.

How can i change it ?

you can change it from the transaction SU01. check you have the authorization to do that.

i have maintained e-mail field for my user profile.

So now the sender is ok.

The problem is concerning the recipient.

Message XS802 No delivery to XXXXX , as recipient unknown.

How can maintain the recipient ( the e-mail is ok) ?

what type of recipient?

which one you are using..?

'B' : SAP user name
' ' : SAPoffice name
'C' : Shared distribution list
'F' : Fax number
'U' : Internet address
'R ' : Remote SAP name
'X' : X.400 address

the recipient is the e-mail vendor address.

the communication method is INT (e-mail).

i think the type of recipient is 'U' , where i check it ?

i have verified this situation :

if the e-mail vendor address have a user (in SU01) with the same e-mail , the request is trasmitted.

if the e-mail vendor address haven't a user (in SU01) with the same e-mail , the request have error XS802 as recipient unknown.

Can you help me please ?

Hi,

I have same problem in SRM. I have created a survey and want to send this survey to the supplier by e-mail but it gives me the same error as "No delivery to ....., as recipient unknown"

I make this in test system and try to send e mail sap user who is defined in SU01.

how did you solved this problem.?

hi

i exprienced te same error Message XS802 No delivery to XXXXX , as recipient unknown. and its was because the server IP wasnt maintained in the exchange as on of the Relay.

after maintaining i was able to send mails from SAP system
