ERROR IN SMARTFORMS... :(

Hii to all..

I am having the problem in My smart form.

in my devlopment server there is a style /SMB11/BL_SF...   which does not exist.......  But in my live server it is working fine without any error.

Can any one of you plz tell me how can i sort out this problem...

     Please check whether patch levels are same in production as well as development .

Is that Customizing SForm or Standard.

If it is customizing then create new style with the ref. of stnd  and apply the same to that field.

It is a standard style. i have used the option upload and download....

but the doubt in my mind is that... i am changing the standard style in to my own style.. which i am not liking.

is there any alternative where i don't have to change the standard style in to my own style.

This was the error message which was displayed to me in devlopment server when i have run the smart from..

and the same smart form is working fine in the live server....

Try to download and upload into dev. Other option is try to find it is a part of which patch or any note and get it .

Hi Sachin,

this is common problem its why because of the development server and production will not have same patches .

while Implementation of projects many clients will be created for development and upgraded accordingly . so better you can check in quality server there patches may be same.

Hi,

I think /SMB11/BL_SF is part of a Baseline Package and not standard SAP.

Check with Basis guy if the package had any problems (regarding this object) when it was applied on dev system, or ask him if he can import this object (only) from that package.

Look like Best Practices, look for OSS notes like 968332 - SAP Best Practices Baseline Package (US) V1.600 or more recent one for your system version, then ask basis to install objects (and not customizing) required (look at attachments) You could also look at http://service.sap.com/swdc for your system.
