error in LSMW

Hi all,

Im trying to create material master records through LSMW by using batch input recording.

Im getting error at the step convert data saying 'For type "C", a maximum length specification of 65535 is allowed.' in include /1CADMC/SAP_LSMW_CONV_00000328.

Can anyone help me how to eliminate this error and the reason for this?

Hi,

U need to go to the LSMW conversion program and do a syntax check. if error comes correct that one. save it and activate the program. Then proceed with the steps.
