Error in J6NY

Hi,

while opening the t-code J6NY v r getting the error as "Direct access to components of the global class CL_ABAP_CHAR_UTILITIES is not possible (CLASS CL_ABAP_CHAR_UTILITIES DEFINITION LOAD statement is missing). how can v rectify this error..

can u help me..

Hi Mr.Rao,

here we integrating sap with archive server..in dat creation of document in expert mode, v hav to go to t-code

J6NY...while opening j6ny v r getting that message..my question is error is showing in standard program some class is missing..how can v rectify dat error..for that v hav to consultant basis consultant or abaper..
