While downloading table entries from SE16 I am getting error " Error in Control Framework:How to solve this.PLease suggests.

User is able to download entries for small amount of data around 30K records. For large data approx. 90K user is encountering the issue. Same huge Amount data is successfully downloaded for other tables. Any Clue.

90K rows * how many columns?

An obvious answer would be that the user exports too much data, but you should analyze the short dump, the logs, and so on, to make sure that's the issue... You could also ask SAP support and search for SAP notes.
