Error during printing notification(IW52)

Hi,

I am trying to print a notification through IW52.But after choosing the paper shop and after pressing the print button the notification gets saved.

But immediately when I am pressing anter,one pop up comes that "Express document "Error in recipient address" received from author"

I tried to debug,after hitting enter this doesnt go to debug mode even.

Can anyone suggest wht can i do for this?

Hi,

Looks like some print parameter set-up is not correct.

Option 1) Consult with Basis.

Option 2) see if it is trying to send out some mails and mailing may be disabled. Contact Basis in this regard too.
