error during mass change

hi experts,

                       i am going to block the customer sales Area by setting field value using t-code MASS ,

            but i stuck during save and system display error msg.

i am performing the steps:--

1. select "Customer Master Sales Data" and click on "Fields".

2. There select "Order block" (KNA1-AUFSD) and execute.

3. enter the information in tab "data record to be change"

    customer code, sale org, distrib channel, division.

   then press the execution button.

4.  Maintain "01" against New Values and press Carry out Mass change (6th icon from left) and save.

   when i save , system display the error message...

in customer master the company code is already assign to sale org.

Hi Vikas

When you the same thing from the custom master transaction for aparticular customer does it allow you to do the same or throw the same error message?

                          when i display it in xd03 , it is not showing any error message. it allow me.

Try to change the same field in XD02 and see if it allow you or throw you the same error message

                           through t-code xd02 its working...but using t-code Mass its not working....

Hi Vikas,

Check SPRO setting related to Enterprize Structure-Assignment,Compony code and Sales Org setting is missing....or check if correct compony code and Sales organization is mention in input data.

                  i have checked the SPRO every thing is defined properly for particular sale org, dist channel and division with company code.

                       there is notification no and while f1 on that system display like that
