Error - 'Document 'docnumber' 'comcode' is locked by another user' in FB02

Hi Team,

I am facing the error 'Document 'docnumber' 'comcode' is locked by another user' when trying to update reference fied through bdc of FB02.

Below is the complete details :

I have an RFC which will first park the doucment with BDC on f-63. than FM 'PRELIMINARY_POSTING_POST_ALL' is being used to post the document.

After that there is bdc on fb02 to update one of the reference field of the docoument . AT this step , I am getting error 'Document 'docnumber' 'comcode' is locked by another user'.

Looking for any help/suggestions to resolve this.

Hi

Please check in SM12 that it is locked or not.
