Entry in VTRKH table

Hi All,

I need to display the tracking number at the pallet level, we are displaying it by VTRKH table. For some shipment number the VTRKH table is not getting updated, so can anyone help me on this.

What could be the issue that VTRKH is not getting updated and how can we do that?

I would recommend to read through OSS notes using VTRKH as search term.

From them you can get some background information about when data is deleted from VTRKH and others explaining when no data is written to VTRKH. Some is process related other are caused by bugs where the note has a fix, which also means you have to check whether the note is already in your system or need to be applied. Beside you have to work together with your functional colleague to see what was different in the process for 2 shipments where 1 created an entry in VTRKH and the other not.
