Enhancing Infotype!!

Hi,

once u enhace the infotype by adding an ci include in the ps struture and add the required fields ther , once it's done what actually r we suppose to do to make it appear in pa30 since it doesnt appear on it;s own!!

You should maintain the new fields in V_T588M via SM31.

ya i did maintained that one but what shall i enter in

std ,alter,next screen....have given all the available screen also but the fields defined in the include ci is not appearing!!

Hi Gunjan,

Lets suppose you put a custom field ZTEST on infotype 0001. When you do it via PM01, it would generate a Module Pool Program ZP000100 & screen 0200. You will have to use them in V_T588M and not MP000100.

yes i have done the exactly same!!but the proble still persists!!

not able to see those fields!!

You have to click on 'New Entries' & enter '0200' in the Stnadard Screen and then hit ENTER. You should see the custom fields now.

am very well can see them in sm31 while saving the screen no as 200..but they dont appear in pa30 when i go for creating records using this infotyp!!

By any chance, are you using the Variable key in V_t588M?

As Suresh mentioned , you’re assigning it in table "<b>T588M</b>" in SM30 as

e,g I enhance IT0222

Module pool = MP002200

Standard screen = 2000

Alternative screen = 2325 ( country specific "25" ( molga )

Next screen

Variable key = 25

Feature

and also maintained entries in table :<b>T582C</b> in SM30

Module pool = MP002200

Standard screen = 2325

Program name = ZP002200

Standard screen =0200

and am not using variable key also!!
