Enhancement !

Hi!

Can any one provide some enhancements using screen exits, menu exits which u ve worked giving detailed explanation steps to do with detail.

I know all the SAP enhancements i want some which u worked with steps & detailed explanation.

Hi Rahul,

I will explain u about the screen exit which i have worked for CO11N.

The scenaerio is to add PERSONNEL NO and SHIFT in the CO11N standard screen ( Confirmation Screen i.e Qty is confirmed by the particular person & the shift he is working ).

1. First we need to identify, is there any screen exits available for CO11N

• Check out in SMOD based on the package where CO11N belongs to.

2. CONFPP07 is a n enhancement contains screen exit.

You can use any screen out of the 3 screens available ( SAPLXCOF - 0900, 0910, 0920 )

3. Now will use the screen SAPLXCOF - 0900.

4. Before creating screen fields, we should make sure the structure where data can be passed.

5. Check out for EXPORT parameters in EXIT_SAPLCORU_S_101, where ES_AFRUD ( AFRUD )is the structure going to holds the data .

6. Append two fields in AFRUD ( Eg ZZPERNR, ZZSHIFT )

7. Create two fields in screen SAPLXCOF - 0900 & Assign the AFRUD-ZZPERNR & AFRUD-ZZSHIFT

8. Test the screen whether it works independently

9. Pass the value AFRUD-ZZPERNR and AFRUD-ZZSHIFT to ES_AFRUD-ZZPERNR and ES_AFRUD-ZZSHIFT in INCLUDE ZXCOFU24

10. The screen has to be activated through SPRO.

11. SPRO - > PRODUCTION - > SHOP FLOOR CONTROL - > OPERATIONS -> CONFIRMATION - > SINGLE SCREEN ENTRY - > DEFINE SINGLE SCREEN ENTRY - > Select one profile - > Details -> Choose FREELY DEFINABLE DETAILS SCREEN 1 .

12. Save

13. Activate the exit

14. Execute CO11N and check for the screen

Hi Jai!

i ve Some doubts can u pls explain in detail the following,

1) co11n, In general what is the purpose of this transaction, which module is it.

2) U told we are doing screen exit adding two fields to the subscreen area, the two fields are, Personnel no & Shift, OK fine, i understood.

Now, i want to know after doing all the process u said,in step 9 pls check this,

9. Pass the value AFRUD-ZZPERNR and AFRUD-ZZSHIFT to ES_AFRUD-ZZPERNR and ES_AFRUD-ZZSHIFT in INCLUDE ZXCOFU24

Is it right if wrong pls tell the coding to be done in include.

I dont to what i ve to do then, which profile i ve to select i ve to create new one or what.

I cant understand this activeting screen, can u pls expalin in detail.

Nothing to be done in PBO & PAI

Dont create a new profile. Use the existing one.

Steps :

1. Choose the first profile already existing

2. Choose Details.

3. It will display the list, in the last box, choose freely assigned screen

4. Activate the exit

Hai Rahul,

Purpose of CO11n is confirming the produced no. of items thru production for a particular production order.

Flow

1. Based on Sales order, Production order will get created

For eq, Production Order Contains Manufacturing of 10000 Pens

2. While production, 10000 pens cannot be produced at a stretch and only one person cannot do the production of 10000 pens.

3. For eg 5000 Pens can be produced at 8 hrs time and the machine is running at the shift.

Shift from 6 AM to 10 PM (2 Shifts each 8 hrs)

<b> Employee 001 Employee 002</b>

<b>Shift 6 AM to 2 PM</b> 5000

<b>Shift 2 PM to 10 PM</b> 5000

Here 2 employees combined together produced 10000 pens for one production order.

here our exit plays a role. Our exit will give the detail about which employee produced how many no. of pens.

Confirming the produced pens,

see the co11n screen. You will understand

No. of pens Yield

No. of Scrap ( Damages while production )
