End Button functionality to be implemented in CLEAR BUTTON - ZIC agent Profile

Hi All,

Good day,

Am new to web ui and facing an issue in ZNBBS-Billing (Custom of ZIC_AGENT) role, where all IC related buttons has been removed from the IC agent search screen for Custom enhancement.

In ZIC_AGENT, END button is used to clear the interaction records, custom controllers data and other variables when user completes the task for the account. Customer controller is used to display the data between interaction record and account identification vice versa.

Since END button has been disabled in ZNBBS-Billing profile, previous account interaction record is not clearing and applying on next account as the END event has not been triggered.

Could you please assist me on how to replicate the functionality of END button in CLEAR button.

Your help would be highly appreciated.
