EKBE-VGABE Flag

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knew under what conditions a PO Item's VGABE Flag would change from 1(GR) to 8(Delivery Stock transfer) in table EKBE?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see how unless a record were deleted and a new one inserted, but this doesn't seem likely to me.

Hi Philip,

According to me.

When ur doing GR through transcation MIGO and no movement type ur using, SAP assigns it's value to 8, otherwise if ur using 101 movement type SAP assigns value 1.

Checked with diff. results.

It was a misunderstanding on my part. I noticed the client is using IS-OIL. The purchase order has a flag of vgabe = 1 and the STO(Stock Transfer Order) has the flag set to vgabe = 8. It makes alot more sense now

i have noticed in ekbe table we have VGABE and BEWTP

I'm confused about the meaning of these two fields.

VGABE and BEWTP have conflicting meanings.

Can anyone clarify whats the difference between these two.
