EDIDC-STDMES meanting

Hi all,

anyone knows where does EDIDC-STDMES come from?

while running RSNAST00, corresponding outbound functional is called to create the IDoc. but where is that field populated from?

This will be populated from the Partner Profile. Goto the Outbound Parameters,

Then select the EDI Standard TAB.

If the IDoc format is to be converted to a standard EDI format (such as EDIFACT), the corresponding message type can be specified here. This is intended as an aid for the EDI subsystem that is to convert the format. Generally, EDI subsystems should be able to derive the corresponding EDI message type from the IDoc type used.
