Eclipse ADT: SAP GUI doesn't start

In Eclipse with ADT I can't open SAP GUI - the tab opens in Eclipse but is just empty. Eclipse creates the file dev_jco_rfc with the following error message inside if I exit Eclipse:

If I setup a new Computer with Windows 10 x64 (1903, 18362.356) I can't open SAP GUI in Eclipse. Also installed:

- Eclipse 2019-06 and ADT
- SAP JVM 8.1
- SAP GUI 7.50 Compilation 1
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012, 2013 and 2015-2019

I'm able to connect to the SAP System via SAP GUI. I already setup Eclipse and ADT with SAP GUI on another Computer successfully - only on new Windows Systems it doesn't work (I tried to reinstall Windows and Eclipse with ADT unsuccessfully).

Did try it but I have a higher Version of SAP GUI (SAP GUI 7500.1.0.1133). Additionally I work with the same version of SAP GUI and Eclipse ADT on another computer successfully.

You should open a ticket at SAP support...

I figured it out: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 was missing after the installation of SAP GUI. You have to install it manually on a x64-System if it wasn't installed by the SAP GUI installer.
