Ecatt scripts which have worked for years no longer work (as of about two months). There is no error when the scripts process. Simply no data is generated. This happens on all ERP (infinity code line) systems that we use.
The team tried to re-record the ecatts, and still the same results happen as listed in the previous paragraph.
Would someone from this group be willing to assist? If yes, my team's ecatt expert could reach out to you directly for help.
We really want to get moving again with ecatt script processing for mass data generation. We are running out of investigation options and seek the expertise and experience of members in this forum.

Hi Michael
It might help to know what the recording are and what changed in your system 2 months ago? Did a support pack, enhancement pack or specific note that impacts the functionality get applied? What release/support pack are you on?
SCN isn't really for free consulting which is what "asking for them to connect with your expert". If you share the details of your specific problems you will get a crowd sourced approach of experts throughout SCN contributing to helping you solve your team's problem. The community will then benefit as well - others out there might have the same error and will find this post.

Hello,
we are doing an upgrade from 7.02 to 7.40. I had one example when eCATT scripts where "green", but did not achieve what they should do.
It was a z-transaction who is working for years well. When I started it in a sandbox system, the above mentoined thing happened. Solution was in this case that I had to start report RMMMPERI (moves MM periods).
So lesson learned: Look if all background jobs, which your system needs, have worked properly.
Like Colleen said a better description could help: What kind of transaction, recorded with TCD or SAP GUI, your Release, has a release update or sp update happened...
