Dynamic fields in popup for material master classification view

I need to display material master classification view fiels in popup screen.

Since these fields are dynmic, how to proceed further.

Requirement is we have material and dispaly its characterisitics in left side of popup screen , same fields to be displayed on right hand screen of popup and allow user to enter data and save. when click on save new material with basic data and classification view is created for new material .
